Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a right of withdrawal (e.g. EU/EEA), you may have the right to cancel your order within a specified period (e.g. 14 days from receipt) and receive a refund. To exercise this right, inform us clearly (e.g. by email) before the period expires. Products must be returned in unused, resaleable condition unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or incorrect products
If the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us with your order details and (if possible) photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate under applicable consumer law.
Refund process
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time (typically within 14–30 days of us receiving the returned goods or approving the refund). You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we have agreed otherwise.
Non-refundable situations
We may not offer a refund where: the product has been used (beyond checking); the withdrawal period has expired and there is no fault; or local law does not require a refund. Dietary supplements that have been opened may not be returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. For orders already placed, the policy in effect at the time of order applies unless we state otherwise.
